1.It is always better to buy a commercial property than residential property as a commercial property serves dual role of acting as a commercial venture and also residential premises can also be created in it.
2.I have purchased a property of about 4000 SQ FT which is along the road and I have constructed 3xShops on it which are paying me a rent monthly and thus my easy monthly instalment (EMI) is being paid regularly without any hassle.
3.On the said property in the rear we have constructed our residential premises, thus providing us with an opportunity to live also and manage our shops also and earn a passive income.
