PROPERTY PRICES UPDATE

1.I will list an update for the property prices where upswing is likely to take place due to improvement in economic conditions:
(a)Nasik Road(Maharashtra)(Retail revolution and development of a SEZ at Sinnar is likely to give an impetus to property prices in Nasik Road).
(b)Sirhind(Punjab)is likely to see activity in property due to Chandigarh coming as Information Technology Hub in Northern India.
(c)Mohali(Punjab)is also going to see upthrust due to IT hub proximity i.e Chandigarh .

2.So buy the property in upcoming small townships and reap rewards.
