1. It is a cause of concern that buyers are paying more than Rs500 per Square feet for additional facilities like swimming pool or a mud pond for the kids.
2. These builders are giving vague reasons for additional cost where already the cost of the land is factored in the initial price and the cost of any addition generally do not goes beyond Rs 200 per Sq feet.
3. Also consider a fact that additional facilities also lead to more society charges for the maintenance and users who have opted for additional facilities like swimming pool etc in society have generally expressed their displeasure on maintenance and have regretted their decision.
