1. Every body has fear of south direction whereas it is not that dangerous as people assumes it to be due to fear psychosis.
2. Ensure that the south direction part is on higher platform.
3. Have walls on the south side.
4. Have Overhead tank in south direction.
5. Have staircase on the south side for beneficial effect.
6. Build upper floor on a south wall.
7. Heavy vehicles parking in south direction for automobile and cement industry.
8. During divison of property south based real estate be given to eldest son an north based portion be gave to younger son.
9. Preferably no septic tank, dining hall and kitchen in south direction.
10. It is inauspicious to rent the Vastu which is in the south direction as tenant settles down and becomes arrogant.
