1. Do not get carried by this one liner of fixed rate of interest as it has a star attached to it in form of money market clause i.e. one may be made a scape goat if the rate of interests swings widely and generally the term is fixed at 3 years.
2. Check the time when the rate may be reviewed if the tide turns against you as fixed is not always fixed.
