4. Development Charges.
5. Renovation of house.
6. Repairs.
7. Buyer-seller agreements cost
8. Statutory Clearances.
If one is ready to take the posession of the house than one must have an additional 15% of the value of the house to cater for above listed expenditures and of course the unseen expenditures.
